I can’t see the invoiced amount for my order.
You will receive an order acknowledgement by email that will include your total order cost within 24 hours.

How do I track my order? When will it arrive?
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping acknowledgement by email with tracking information and a link to your carrier to track your shipment.

What is the Creative Converting return policy?
The return of merchandise must be pre-approved. Please call Customer Service at 800-826-0418.

What happens if an item is out of stock after I place my order?
Out of stock items will be listed on your order acknowledgement and are cancelled. Please re-order.

How do I cancel an order?

What are the shipping rates and times? 
Orders processed by 2:00pm CST will ship on the next business day. Orders processed after 2:00 pmCST will ship on the 2nd next business day.
